This young mare is cooperative when worked with and will make a good riding horse .  She is expected to finish around 15.2 HH.  Her full sister placed well at the OAB Futurity in 2004.   Good amateur or youth prospect or would make a nice trail horse!
 

Oakley is now a project horse for our John Lyons Study Group.  She  has learned the bridle work from the ground, including shoulder gives and responds consistently.  She carries a saddle easily and is progressing steadily through the lessons.   Because she's only two,  she will carry a rider and be lightly worked at a walk and jog only.
